In this work the artist playfully engages with the notion of time lost, in this case, time lost in accessing the city, day after day, month after month and year after year wearing a path between the suburbs and the cities. The city skylines of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide are simplified and constructed to look like a child’s game, where the various ‘piled up’ pieces look precarious as though they might tumble to the floor at any moment.
